Mission
The Critical Race Studies in Education Association (henceforth referred to as CRSEA) is established to support an international field of critical race studies in the context of education. It is our desire to provide organizational support for rigorous and scholarly conversation and communal praxis regarding the content, context, and process of education through the lenses of Critical Race Studies. To that end, our hope is to:

    •Increase collaboration in the field of critical race studies by providing contacts between scholars of education and those from other disciplines who have an interest in education;

    •Promote the improvement of teaching, activism, and research in areas related to critical race studies;

    •Facilitate the dissemination of information, including publications, related to teaching, activism, and research and critical race studies.
